How do I create an event?
Simply click "Create Event" from the homepage or dashboard. Follow the step-by-step process to set up your event details, customize settings, and generate a unique event code.
How do guests join my event?
Guests can join by scanning the QR code you provide or entering the event code in the PartySnap app. No account is required for guests to participate.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. All photos are stored securely, and you have full control over who can access your event photos.
How long are photos stored?
Free events store photos for 30 days. Premium events can store photos for up to 1 year. You can download all photos anytime, and we'll send you an email notification before deletion so you never lose your memories.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion at any time. Visit our account deletion page or contact support for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
